The Artemis II SLS rocket on its launch pad at dusk, rendered in Blender

Artemis II

NASA’s Artemis II SLS rocket, built in Blender by driving it through the Blender MCP with Claude Code, to see how far the tools could take me. The stack runs from the twin solid rocket boosters and the orange core stage up to the Orion capsule and the launch tower. Artemis II will carry humans farther than anyone has gone before, and I wanted to mark that.

Renders

Lit and rendered from a few angles, from the full stack down to the engine cluster and the launch abort tower.

In AR

The finished model exports to AR, so you can view it at full scale out in the real world through your phone.
